The Fiscal Operations Division includes the following departmental units and service areas:

• The Office of the Associate Vice President & Controller is responsible for financial operations including financial reporting, cost accounting, fixed assets and general accounting.

• Office of the University Bursar is responsible for student billing, collecting tuition and other university related charges..

• Accounting & Financial Services is responsible for maintaining the University's financial accounting system and providing the financial information required by various internal and external customers.

• Property Management is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all University equipment as well as the receipt and distribution of surplus equipment.

• Tax Management is responsible for managing tax risks and promoting compliance with Federal, State and Local tax authorities.
