Student Direct Deposit

Receiving a student refund or excess financial aid funds just got easier.  The Office of Student Accounts Receivable (SAR) announces direct deposit is now available.  Students entitled to a refund from payments made to their student account, now have the option of receiving their refund by direct deposit to the financial institution of their choice.

The online enrollment process for the direct deposit program is provided in WSU Pipeline, which is a secure site.  If you would like to enroll in direct deposit:

  1. Log on to WSU Pipeline
  2. Click on the “Student” tab
  3. Click on "Direct Deposit
  4. Fill in the required information.
Be sure to CONFIRM when complete.

All refunds due to you will be direct deposited to the account designated. All refunds, including direct deposit require an active mailing address in Pipeline.

Please note- even if you already have direct deposit of your payroll check, you must set up a separate Student Direct Deposit.

All direct deposit correspondence will be sent to your WSU email address of record.
