Welcome to the Bursar’s Office at Wayne State University.  We are located on the fourth floor of the Welcome Center.  The Bursar is  responsible for student billing, collecting tuition and other university related charges.  The Bursar’s office is divided into Student Accounts Receivable , which includes tuition and loan receivables and the Cashier Office.
