Administrative Policy and Procedures Manual

The Administrative Policy and Procedure Manual (APPM) is the official compilation of the University's administrative policies and procedures. The policies, procedures and other information in the APPM are derived from sources such as decisions of the Board of Governors, operating requirements, procedural studies, review of organizational responsibilities, standard practices and legal requirements. The policies and procedures in this manual are approved for publication by the Executive Officers responsible for the academic, financial, and business affairs of Wayne State University. Revisions are identified by the date appearing in the policy title on a given policy page and/or in the policy title referenced in the left menu of the applicable policy page.
